what is online training? |
This is the most convenient and cost effective way to train! I unfortunately am only 1 person, and you likely have your own demands in life that make your schedule complicated. In-person training isn't always an option!
Online training uncomplicates all of that. You pick when and where you want to train and I take care of everything else. You still get the same level of personalized attention, direction, motivation, and accountability, but without the limitations of time and space. You'll have everything you need to be successful for each workout and I'll only be an email or text away. |
That's OK! The gym isn't for everyone. If you are thinking about hiring a trainer, then you are committed to whatever health or fitness goal inspired you to read this far. Investing in some equipment doesn't need to be expensive and it can be tucked away in a closet when you are not training. A basic set up can cost under $100 and I can help guide you in these choices. A small investment in your goals can go a long way. I also offer monthly rentals on certain kettlebells!

what is hybrid training? |
This may be the best option of them all! If you are local and want to meet in person sometime, we can do that! In-person and online training blended together can create a training experience greater than the sum of it's parts. Once a week or once a month, whatever works best for you. An intensive month can be a great way to start an online plan to build confidence before heading out on your own. Or you can check-in periodically to learn a new movement, perfect form, or any other reason you can think of. Let's find a set up that works best for you and helps you succeed in your goals.
