Movement and strength training have been a huge part of my life for the past decade, and beyond. I realized at some point that a commitment to daily movement made all the difference to my mental and physical health. I also realized that by adding a thought out and consistent strength training routine I could increase injury resilience and regain mobility I had lost from a wide range of injuries I've accumulated over the years.
