If you are in the Greenfield, Amherst, or Northampton area and want to train from the comfort of your own home, I can come to you! This is a great choice for those who want to fit training into a busy life or for anyone who may not feel comfortable in a gym.
At home training is appropriate for any level! Whether you are mostly sedentary and want to move more or are an athlete trying to take it to the next level in their sport, we can transform your home into a temporary gym that suits you. I can supply everything we need, including dumbbells, kettlebells, a barbell, and a suspension trainer (TRX). I specialize in the LGBTQI+ community! Fully insured Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally accredited certification from the NSCA. This is a high demand service and slots fill up quick. Contact me for rates and availability. |

Online training is an exciting, convenient and cost effective way to train. Go to the gym of your choice, or utilize your home gym with confidence, focus, and a coach who is only a text message away.
You still get the same level of personalized attention, direction, motivation, and accountability, but we don't need to be limited by schedules or location. Hybrid options can be the best of both worlds too. In-person and online blended together can create a training experience greater than the sum of it's parts! Moving more. Moving better. Getting stronger. These three simple goals can trickle down and make our lives bigger with physical and mental benefits and beyond (social, emotional, spiritual, etc.). Our relationship with our bodies is so important and sometimes connecting with it can be really hard. Thoughtful movement is one way to try to increase this connection.
Motivation can often be a hard thing to find when it comes to a movement practice. On top of that, the fitness world is a flood of conflicting information which easily blurs what exactly one should be motivated to do. I can help with focus and motivation by offering consistency, accountability, and direction in moving toward your goals. |
Body Acceptance Based Training |
I believe firmly in body acceptance and feel that the act of increasing quality movement on a regular basis can be a powerful goal in itself. Nobody should feel the need to change their body in order to train with me. The only commitment anyone must make is to move.
I accept and am excited to work with disabled, fat, trans, and queer bodies and will listen to the concerns of each individual to create a movement plan based on their goals. I will meet you where you are, wherever that may be, and will not pass judgement or try to impose any standard of health or fitness that is not your own. This is a safe space. |
