As part of the first session I do a pre training assessment on all new clients to find any movement limitations, see how you move, and to establish a baseline. This includes a site assessment to determine how to best use your space.
At Home hourly rates are:
$80-$90/hour for 1 month commitment
Individualized Online Plan with Coaching: $155/month
How often should I train?
That's up to you! If you just want to move more, one day per week is 100% more than zero! If you have specific fitness goals, two or more days per week is what I recommend. Some clients thrive on the accountability and motivation that comes with meeting multiple days per week. Others opt to train with me one day per week and then train on their own other days using a Hybrid Training plan . We can figure out what will work best for you!
